At our consulting company, we are committed to providing exceptional service. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
Clients may cancel their consulting services by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions specified in your service agreement and may be adjusted based on services already rendered.
